Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. A business is a natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with previousstudios.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The following languages are available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login area.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the product prices indicated, shipping costs may apply. More details on the amount of shipping costs can be found with the product offers.
We deliver only by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card is charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login credentials and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer registered and selected customers additional payment options in their PayPal account. We have no influence over the offering of these options; any additional payment methods offered relate to your legal relationship with PayPal. For more information, refer to your PayPal account.
Sofort by Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay enabled, authenticate yourself and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
giropay / paydirekt
In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14–16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M. (“giropay” or “paydirekt”), we offer the payment methods giropay and paydirekt.

To pay via giropay, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

To pay via paydirekt, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, be registered with paydirekt, authenticate yourself and confirm the payment instruction.
Amazon Pay
To pay via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A., 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (“Amazon”), you must be registered with Amazon, authenticate using your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction will be processed within one banking day after the order is placed. A banking day is any working day except Saturdays, national public holidays, and December 24 and 31. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful identity and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information can be found with the respective payment option and during the ordering process.
Klarna Pay Later (Invoice)
The invoice amount is due 30 days after the shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Dispute Resolution
